Finn Telecom cater for all types of analogue & ISDN telephone lines. From fresh installations to the take-over of your existing lines, we can support your business with all your telephone line requirements.

Analogue Lines

A single analogue line can be used for telephone calls, fax lines, ADSL & Fibre Broadband provision.

A analogue multi-line provides up to 4 analogue telephone lines on a single telephone number. If one line is busy, the calls will filter to the next available line into the premises. These telephone lines are normally used with in-house telephone systems and cannot support ADSL or Fibre Broadband.

All analogue lines installed by Finn Telecom are premium lines, offering an end of next working day fix, Monday through Saturday, not including Bank Holidays.

ISDN Circuits

An ISDN2 circuit is a digital circuit comprising of 2 channels of voice. An ISDN30 is a digital circuit which allows for larger amounts of lines than the ISDN2. The ISDN30 has a minimum of 8 channels and a maximum of 30, hence the name. Channels can be increased at any time although there is a lead time for this and a cost implication.

ISDN circuits are used with digital telephone systems and come with a range of benefits over analogue lines such as DDI (Direct Dial In) numbers.

If you are looking for a new installation of an analogue or ISDN telephone line or you’re looking for a new provider to take over your existing lines, Finn Telecom can assist. Call us today on 0333 323 3878.

Important Note:

Over the next few years, Openreach are due to begin phasing out ISDN installations and move more towards an IP based telephone service. Take a look at our SIP and hosted telephone systems as a future-proof alternative.
